If you need scoopable, edible ice cream on stage, instant mashed potatoes are the way to go.
You can add food coloring to change the colors for different "flavors" of ice cream. It doesn't melt under stage lights, and the instant mashed potato powder is easy to store back stage. (249) | | Views: 2424
